We all know that exercise and fresh air can do wonders for your mind and body and in fact the mental health charity Mind has teamed up with the Forestry Commission to put on a series of events this Autumn to promote mindfulness and get us all out there enjoying our woodlands and making the most of this beautiful season. As well as activities on offer such as forest yoga and bike rides, just getting out and about and taking in the sights and smells of Autumn will give you a fabulous lift.
